Volunteer

Volunteers are an essential part of the Northwest Folklife Festival! Every year, nearly 800 volunteers staff our entrances, information booths, registration and more to make sure we have the most welcoming community arts Festival in the city.

You can help make it possible for our small non-profit arts organization to produce the largest free community arts festival in the United States at no direct cost to the community. Northwest Folklife is now accepting applications for the 2012 Festival. If you would like to apply or need more information visit the Performer Application Page.

Festival performers who need a stage diagram can download one here.

Street performers need not apply, but must adhere to the Street Performer Rules.
